An astute Redditor /u/sandyreflection found that TOMY has applied for two ZOIDS trademarks in the US.
The trademarks were filled in 2016, and 2017.
This is notable because it is the first time in years that TOMY has used the Zoids name outside of Japan. It should be noted that these are just filings for trademarks, and don't confirm that they will be used for anything.
